Nice Villa under constructions with large terrace overlooking the sea in Son Vitamina

This villa, still under construction, with design location and views carefully chosen, has large windows, and open plan design. It allows you to enjoy your space and rest, but yet feel its functionality. Taking the stairs up, we arrive at the top floor, into the spacious living room with a view of the horizon.

Room on the top floor, kitchen and living room are separated, yet open space has been retained.  The kitchen leads to a large terrace overlooking the sea and a construction of 20m² in size, crowned by a beautiful pergola.

The stairs of the house represent a key piece of the puzzle, connecting two harmonious floors. By constructing bedrooms on the bottom floor, using stairs is a certain invitation to connect the viewer’s gaze to the upper floor of the house. Being uniquely sharp-shaped and with recessed steps, they represent quite a magical architectural design.

Bottom floor consists of 4 independent bedrooms, specially designed for a great comfort and rest. Every bedroom has its own separate bathroom, creating a sense of intimacy for the occupants. All the rooms also have a direct access to the outside, allowing the first rays of sunshine to enter all of them.

The master suite, for the owner to fully enjoy the peace and comfort, has a large dressing room, a dream bathroom, and a rest area, all having a view to the outside garden.

On the outside, there is a large pool, of 42m² in surface, designed as a mirror, and very long in shape, so one can practice swimming. The construction team used white tiles and beach pavement, which resulted in a pool just inviting you to get in it.
